How do I save and continue my application later?

When filling out an application, click the Save & Exit button. To continue at a later time, log into your account, and click on Current Jobs. Find the job you wish to continue and select Click here to apply. The Continue Application button will take you back to your application.

I’m having trouble uploading my documents.

Ensure your file size is under 5 Megabytes and file extension is either PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG.

I can't log into my account.

Ensure you are entering the correct username, which may not be the same as your email address. You can find your username in our first welcome email to you. If you have trouble remembering your password, please visit our Forgot Password page.

I don't see my application status.

Be sure you are logged into the same account (username and password) as the one you used when applying for the job. Applications are linked to usernames, registering for a new account will not retrieve prior applications.

I have a question about job requirements.

For active jobs, browse to Current Jobs and select Click here to apply. For additional hiring process steps, visit the My Application Status page and click on the information icon next to the job.

How will I get notified of my status?

All candidates will receive an email approximately one week prior to the test date regarding their eligibility to continue in the process and specific information pertaining to the testing location and start time.

I have not received my verification email or any application status emails.

Please check your spam/junk folder and ensure applications@stanard.com is marked as a safe-sender in the event that you do not receive our emails.

Why do I have a missing status?

A missing status indicates that you have either a missing document or an incorrect document. You should have received an email from applications@stanard.com outlining the items which are missing.

Can I mail in the required documents? Or fax them?

All required documents must be scanned and uploaded into your application. We do not accept mailed or faxed copies.

My upload is too large, how do I reduce the size of my PDF?

smallpdf is a free tool that compresses the size of your PDF file.

My upload is multiple pages, but I can only upload one file.

PDFMerge is a free tool that combines many PDF files into one.

I am having trouble accessing the online POST/NFST Study Guide and/or Practice Test on my iPhone/iPad.

Currently POST/NFST Study Guide/or Practice test can only be viewed using a PC or Android. If you are trying to view from a different type of device, only the first page of the Study Guide/or Practice Test will only show. Please login using a Windows based computer.
